I had prob­lem to run inter­net options on winxp. Some rootk­it block this.

I found path for this program

c:\windows\system32\inetcpl.cpl

I Copied from oth­er winxp, and replace blocked files to resolve issue.

inetcpl.cpl.mui
inetcplc.dll
