How to grant privileges to user by command line win

This com­mand add user Pietro with pass­word nbu1234

net user /add Pietro nbu1234

This com­mand add user Pietro to admin­is­tratos group

net localgroup administrators Pietro /add

If you are only user and you know admin user/pass use this command
( ADM=admin user Juraj =user )

runas /user:ADM "net localgroup administrators Juraj /add"

The com­mand will grant user pietro with full grant

net share concfg*C:\/grant:pietro,full
net share SHARE_NAME=c:\ /grant:pietro,full
