ERROR :
- Nod 32 4x can’t install on this system, allvays end with error : “NOD can’t install”
- When i want run firewall then :
Error Code 0x80070424 with Windows Firewall and “Base Filtering Engine Service” Not available in services database list.
SOLUTION:
1) Remove all RAMSWARE, example with this program

2) ENABLE FIREWALL ( FIX THEM)
Because some spyware, shutdown some security service you need check if firewall is running, if not running you got message in event log :
The Windows Firewall service terminated with service-specific error Access is denied..
You need fix it this way
-In Registry Editor, HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess Right click SharedAccess, and click Permissions.Click Add. - In the select field, type “NT SERVICE\mpssvc”. Then click Check Names - Click OK. - Select Full Control in the Allow column. - Click OK.
2) CHECK INTEGRITY SYSTEM
by command
sfc /scannow
command will scan all protected system files, and replace corrupted files with a cached copy that is located in a compressed folder at %WinDir%\System32\dllcache.

3) ENABLE ANTIVIR example NOD
Some-time malware disable Antivir this is quide, how to fix ESET NOD
Unistall NOD with this tool,

and install ESET NOD again…
and that’s it
