Windows 10 Start Menu Broken, start menu didn’t show

PROBLEM
- After log on to win­dows 10, you have only black screen long time
— After click on start menu, star menu didn’t show.

SOLUTIONS
- Press WIN+X, and select “Com­mand Prompt (Admin)”
-Cre­ate 2 admin users
net user “TempAdmin1” “password1” /add
net user “TempAdmin2” “password2” /add
net local­group admin­is­tra­tors “TempAdmin2” /add

- Press CTRL+ALT+DEL, click Sign Out
— Login to the “TempAdmin1” account using pass­word “password1”
RESTART, and then login to the “TempAdmin2” account, using “password2”
RENAME YOUR C:\Users\[YOUR_USERNAME]\Local\TileDataLayer to TileDataLayer_OLD

- COPY C:\Users\TempAdmin1\Local\TileDataLayer (click “con­tin­ue” to gain access when prompt­ed) to C:\Users\[YOUR_USERNAME]\Local\
RESTART, then sign back in with your orig­i­nal pro­file.

- DELETE OLD ACCOUNT
Win+X -> Con­trol Pan­el -> User Accounts -> Man­age Anoth­er Account
Select Account, then “Delete Account”

ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS
- Run reged­it and nav­i­gate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ ImmersiveShell\Launcher

- Click Edit > New > DWORD (32-bit) Val­ue, and name it Use­Ex­pe­ri­ence.
— Dou­ble-click the new­ly cre­at­ed item and set the val­ue to 0.

- Click OK,
— Restart or just restart Explor­er
